Private yoga classes allow you optimal one-on-one focus, to make sure that your classes are tailored to your needs. Each class will be tailored to your energy levels that day, your current aches and pains, as well as your physical, mental, and emotional goals, so that you get the most out of each practice.
I’m currently serving St. Pete Beach & the surrounding areas. Classes can be for you alone, or a small group, and can be held in the workplace, at a park, the beach, or in a private studio.
